Silvia Ami has been a project engineer, an executive in a small business, and lately a rocket scientist (just kidding). She backpacked across Europe by train before the cheap-flight era, lived in Germany for five years, and learned Spanish from her husband.

She, her husband, and their two boys live in a condo not far from a magic forest. They share a huge LEGO collection, a kitchen full of cooking gadgets, and a home-office-corner that resembles Doc’s lab in Back to the Future.

Silvia Ami ha lavorato nel campo della ricerca e dello sviluppo, ha mandato avanti una piccola attività e ultimamente ha progettato razzi spaziali (è uno scherzo!). Ha attraversato l’Europa in treno ai tempi in cui si usava l’Interrail e i voli low-cost ancora non erano stati inventati.

Ha vissuto in Germania per cinque anni e ha imparato lo spagnolo da suo marito. Insieme ai lor due figli vivono ai bordi di una foresta incantata, condividendo un’enorme collezione di LEGO, una cucina piena di gadget e un ufficio che assomiglia al laboratorio di Doc in “Ritorno al futuro”.
